Two things: First, I think we’ve all accepted that the old Judge was a crusty old codger.  Maybe he/she couldn’t handle you all (I can see how all the requests for model airplanes and negative emails would be too much for a gentler soul). BUT, I’m glad the old Judge is gone, because it made room for me. And I’m way too stubborn to relinquish my authority.

Secondly, MeJD did not do a good job holding on to his position as an interim Judge, because I had absolutely no problems taking over. Make no mistake, the Judge is alive, well, and bitchy.  So in case you were contemplating another mutiny, think again.  I took away Rbrown’s crown, and I wouldn’t think twice about taking yours away, too.

P.S. I believe its abandonment, not abadoment…
