Judged Terms of Use
- By using the Judged.com website, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. - Unless you have our express written consent to advertise on Judged.com, you may not endorse or advertise any commercial products or services anywhere on Judged.com. Unauthorized advertisements and solicitations may be removed without notice and may result in the termination of account privileges.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the site for any commercial purposes. The material on the site is for private, non-commercial enjoyment only. Any other use is prohibited.
- Judged.com, the Judged logo, and all other Judged logos and service names are trademarks of Judged, and you agree not to display or use them in any manner without Judged's prior permission.
- In its sole discretion, Judged may restrict, suspend, and/or terminate your Judged.com account at any time for any reason, without prior warning. Judged also has the right to refuse account to any user for any reason.

At any time, Judged may allow users to post pictures, text, videos, and other information in various areas of the website. However, the following information may not be posted anywhere on Judged.com by any user: defamatory, abusive, or threatening comments; obscene language or images; or any other subject matter deemed objectionable by Judged. Additionally, personal phone numbers and street addresses may not be posted in any public area of the site. Judged reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any subject matter is objectionable or otherwise prohibited and to take all appropriate actions in response, including but not limited to account termination.
Judged may delete any content that in the sole judgment of Judged violates this agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. Judged assumes no responsibility for monitoring the site for inappropriate of offensive content or conduct. If at any time Judged chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the site, Judged nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the user submitting any such content.
You are solely responsible for the content that you post on or through the site, and any material or information that you transmit to other users and for your interactions with other users. Judged does not endorse and has no control over the content. Content is not necessarily reviewed by Judged prior to posting and does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of Judged. You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
- We do not guarantee we will take action against all breaches of this agreement. You agree that any and all disputes, controversies, or claims arising under or in any way related to your relationship with Judged or relating to the general validity or enforceability of any of the provisions hereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute arises that is required to be adjudicated in court, you and Judged agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Los Angeles, California.
- The failure of Judged to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect. Notwithstanding any statute or law to the contrary, you agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of Judged (or these Terms and Conditions) must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
