Thanks for the DVD/sound systemDear Offshore Judged,
I have been remiss in not thanking you for the Philips "home theater"
system that arrived on my doorstep more than a week ago. Unfortunately,
since my firm joined in the $20k raise, the partners have apparently
started a contest to see who can get associates to bill that additional
$20k in the shortest amount of time, and, as a result, I have been woefully
neglecting judged.com.
The system is still sitting in its unopened box inside my front door, but I
look forward to having time to set it up before Christmas. True, the
reviews of this particularly sound system aren't very flattering, but we
can use another DVD player in the house anyway. And it is the thought that
counts. And you, most honorable sir or madam, think of me as more than
billable hours.
And there was much rejoicing!
