out at both the firms. But I’m confused as to which one of these
should choose to work for?

Dear Broomiebroom,
Yours is an enviable dilemma. Most attorneys would kill to have to their
choice of law firms to work at. As for which one you should choose, I
would take a look at a lot of different factors beyond salary. Where do
you think you have the most potential to move up? Which firm’s
culture do you find more agreeable? These are the factors that will affect
you most, after the initial salary high wears away. Good luck!
