Ruskin Moscou Faltischek Attorneys Tapped As Major Contributors to 2006 Legal Manual for New York Physicians
Uniondale, Long Island, New York, April 7, 2006 – Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. announced today that six of its attorneys were tapped as authors for the prestigious Legal Manual for New York Physicians. Article contribution was significant: Partners Ellen F. Kessler, Gregory J. Naclerio, Alexander G. Bateman, Jr., and Jay B. Silverman and associate Sandra Maliszewski, along with Jeffrey M. Schlossberg, of counsel, wrote or co-authored nine articles for the manual.

Ruskin Moscou Faltischek attorneys researched and wrote articles on topics ranging from Formation and Implementation of Private Physician Practices to Physician Advertising, and Patient/Resident Rights to Physicians Charged with a Crime. Commenting on the significant level of firm contribution, Gregg Naclerio, partner and co-chair of the firm's Health Care Regulatory and Transactional Practices, said, ""We are pleased to have served as a major contributor to this manual. The firm prides itself on its cutting edge knowledge of the legal changes in health law, which ensures our clients receive the best advice and representation.""

The Legal Manual for New York Physicians is the result of collaboration between the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Medical Society of the State of New York. Local Law Firm Gives More than Money to The 6th Annual Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon
April 7, 2006 – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma – Andrews Davis, a law firm based in Oklahoma City, is a proud sponsor of The 6th Annual Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, which takes place on April 30, 2006. The firm is the presenting sponsor of the 5K event.

Andrews Davis attorneys and staff members are contributing their money, time, and creative resources by hosting a Water Stop located at mile 22 on the course. The firm will provide a fun stop for both runners and walkers participating in the Memorial Marathon events.

Andrews Davis has made The 6th Annual Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon its main philanthropic activity for the year because so many people in the firm can get involved. It is also an opportunity to involve the firm's clients, such as Capital West Securities, which is joining forces with Andrews Davis at the Water Stop. Over 40 people associated with the firm are involved in the event.

“We wanted to associate ourselves with an Oklahoma City community event where we can get everyone in our firm involved. We have people organizing the Water Stop, running in the Memorial Marathon, and helping clean up. We wanted to give more than just money as a sponsor. When selecting this event, we decided that community involvement for every person in our organization was important to us,” said Matthew Griffith, attorney and point person of the Memorial Marathon for Andrews Davis.

""The bombing focused the world on our city and our state and we responded with an incredible spirit of perseverance. Our firm is very proud to be associated with the Memorial Marathon which has become a wonderful symbol of that perseverance,"" elaborated Matthew Griffith.

“Andrews Davis has long been recognized for the excellence of our legal services but our firm is also committed to the Oklahoma City community and to supporting all of those who were affected by this tragedy. We can think of no better way to celebrate those people than through our support of the Memorial Marathon,” added John Fischer, president of Andrews Davis.
