Chambers and Partners, publisher of an annual guide listing the leading business lawyers and law firms world-wide, ranked 110 Greenberg Traurig, LLP attorneys in its 2007 Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business. The list includes ten Phoenix-based attorneys who, along with their respective practice areas, are ranked among the best in their field: Robert S. Kant, Brian H. Blaney, Bruce E. Macdonough, Quinn P. Williams and Michael Kaplan in Corporate/M&A; Lawrence J. Rosenfeld, John Alan Doran and Mary E. Bruno in Employment: Mainly Defendant; and Lesa J. Storey and Rebecca Lynne Burnham in Real Estate.

Chambers and Partners selects and ranks attorneys based on the results of over 14,000 interviews with practicing lawyers and clients. In addition to the individual rankings, Chambers and Partners ranks practice areas by geographic region. In Phoenix, Greenberg Traurig received a No. 1 ranking for Corporate/M&A.

"The Chambers and Partners USA Guide is viewed as credible because the rankings are not influenced by advertising commitments or random popularity voting, but instead, based solely on the results of complex peer and client interviews," said Jeffrey H. Verbin, managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig's Phoenix office. "We are pleased that our Corporate/M&A group ranked No. 1 and that many of our attorneys moved up in the rankings."

Nationally, the firm received No. 1 rankings for Retail and Wealth Management.
