Kahn Kleinman’s lawyers have been named in the 2007 Chambers USA American’s Leading Business Lawyers
Kahn Kleinman’s lawyers have been included in the 2007 Chambers USA American’s Leading Business Lawyers. Congratulations to Dick Rosner, Bruce Gaynor, Bill Phillips, and Steve Moss. The qualities on which rankings are assessed include technical legal ability, professional conduct, client service, commercial astuteness, diligence, commitment, and other qualities most valued by the client.

Here’s what Chambers had to say about Kahn Kleinman and our lawyers…

The Firm: This petite regional firm is recognized for the outstanding quality of its real estate lawyers. Although the firm may be more compact than some of its counterparts, its reputation is anything but small as the group handles a large volume of commercial real estate leasing and is known as “one of the best” in this area. Historically, the group has had a large developer following but its client base extends further to include owners, tenants and financial institutions.

The Lawyers: Richard Rosner is considered the “preeminent expert on condominium law in the state.” He is widely admired for his extensive experience in the field as well as for his approach to matters: “He is a great guy to work with and he is always focused on getting the deal done.” Clients declare practice chair Bruce Gaynor to be “a great guy and an even better lawyer.” His clients include Case Western Reserve University, which he has been representing in regards to a new development. William Phillips’ presence at the firm has given the practice an added boost. He has a substantial commercial real estate practice and is particularly strong in the retail development area.
