Carlton Fields Ranks #47 in The American Lawyer Magazine's Pro Bono List
Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that the firm came in #47 in the pro bono ranking in the July 2006 issue of The American Lawyer magazine.

A portion of the pro bono score comes from the average number of pro bono hours per lawyer within the firm, while the remaining is the percentage of lawyers who perform more than 20 hours of pro bono work. Carlton Fields attorneys average 46.4 hours of pro bono service and had 55.8% of attorneys with more than 20 hours of pro bono work recorded last year.

Pro Bono work is defined as legal services provided to those who can not otherwise afford them. This score does not include bar association work, work on the boards of non-profit organizations, or non-legal work for charities.
