Goldberg Kohn Appoints David L. Dranoff Head of Commercial Finance Practice Group
The law firm of Goldberg Kohn recently announced the promotion of principal David L. Dranoff to head of the firm's Commercial Finance practice group. Mr. Dranoff will succeed principal Richard M. Kohn, who is stepping down after heading up the practice group since its inception, and who will continue full time in the practice of law at the firm.

Mr. Dranoff has 24 years of experience representing lenders in negotiating, documenting and closing financing transactions. His experience covers a broad range of commercial finance transactions, including traditional asset-based secured loans; complicated leveraged buy-out and cash-flow transactions; senior, mezzanine and equity investments; and one-stop banking matters. In addition, Mr. Dranoff has worked frequently in cross-border lending transactions in North and South America, in Europe and in Asia. He is also knowledgeable in working with troubled loans, both in structuring and documenting workouts and in assisting in bankruptcy proceedings.
