Attorney Kristan L. Donahue Joins Flaster/Greenberg’s Cherry Hill Office
Kristan L. Donahue has joined Flaster/Greenberg as an attorney with the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group in the Cherry Hill office. She will focus on the transactional aspects of the firm’s commercial real estate practice.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Donahue is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. The Philadelphia resident graduated from Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 2005) where she was a member and associate editor from 2003 to 2005 for the Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and was president of the Corporate Law Society. Finn Dixon & Herling LLP again ranked in the top tier of Corporate/M&A law firms in Connecticut by Chambers USA 2007.
Finn Dixon & Herling LLP was named by Chambers to its top tier, “Band 1”, for Corporate/M&A law firms in Connecticut for the fifth straight year.

Chambers said about our firm: "A boutique with an illustrious track record in corporate work, this firm continues to shine in Connecticut and beyond. Activity in hedge funds provides a growing area of focus for the firm, and is typical of the high-value and prestigious nature of its workload. The firm is praised for its raft of ‘outstanding’ lawyers, who are said to have ‘picked their niche and do a tremendous job.’ . . . A number of clients, even New York City-based ones, prefer to bring all their corporate work to Finn Dixon rather than the more traditional New York firms, saying: ‘We think its quality is better because of the boutique quality of the firm.’ Comparisons are drawn between Finn Dixon and New York firms rather than its more immediate competitors in the Connecticut market.”

Chambers also gave top rankings to our founding partners, Harold B. Finn III, Brett W. Dixon and Michael J. Herling, to our partners David I. Albin and Charles J. Downey, and to our corporate associate Jason R. Boyea. These six attorneys were among the thirteen individuals given top rankings by Chambers in the Corporate/M&A area; no other firm had more than two.

For the second month in a row, FI&C achieved a significant victory in the National Advertising Division ("NAD") of the Council of the Better Business Bureau, Inc.
Continuing the firms' string of recent success at NAD, FI&C attorneys Jeff Ireland, Brian Wright, and Jacqueline Brown defended the advertising claim of its client. Agreeing with many of the key points raised by FI&C, NAD found that the client's advertising claim to be supported by relevant survey results and allowed the client to continue to make the claim in its future advertising.
