Business North Carolina mailed nearly 18,000 ballots, one to each member of the North Carolina State Bar residing in the state. Baker & McKenzie Advised on InterContinental Hotels Group Expansion to Ukraine
Baker & McKenzie announced today that it advised LLC “Yaroslaviv Val”, the Ukrainian owner and developer of a 5-star hotel complex, to be operated by InterContinental Hotels Group.

Baker & McKenzie’s local and international real estate practitioners assisted LLC “Yaroslaviv Val” in structuring the transaction, and drafting and negotiating a set of agreements for the management of InterContinental Kyiv. The deal was closed in Kyiv last week.

The Baker & McKenzie real estate team consisted of Serhiy Piontkovsky (Partner), Adrian Moore (Partner, Geneva), Mykola Stetsenko (Associate) and Hennadiy Voytsitskyi (Associate).

InterContinental Kyiv will be a hotel complex of approximately 280 suites with spa, fitness center, several lounges, shops, restaurants and bars.
