The handbook is published by the American Bankruptcy Institute and is available on the ABI website at www.abiworld.org – Publications.

All areas of intellectual property are covered including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. The second part of the handbook examines the impact of Bankruptcy Law on the rights of owners and licensees of intellectual property with relevant discussions of how and when intellectual property may be treated as property of the bankruptcy estate and/or executory contracts in a bankruptcy as well as the impact of bankruptcy proceedings on intellectual property used as collateral.

Pat is a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. She is the Immediate Past President of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Association, the Chair of the firm’s Hiring Committee and Practice Leader for the firm’s Patent Prosecution Group.
