Overall Review:  As a now-departing employee of CH&K, I felt I should post a review. I have enjoyed my time at this firm - can't say enough good things about my bosses. HOWEVER, that being said, of course there's an a&&hole in every bunch and there are a couple attorneys here who come to mind, one of which accused me of making an apostrophe a different font than the rest of the surrounding word. (???? OMG like I have time for that!) Only other complaint is that office administrator takes the word of attorneys as gold and I feel she is too biased -- I and other employees/secretaries have really questioned her judgment in the past year. I have been on both sides of the fence, so I have had time on both (being liked and disliked), so I feel what I have to say is fair. I would however, highly recommend this firm for employment. Pay is top notch. Benefits are quite adequate. Usually there is a raise yearly, following reviews in December. Parking is not paid; no employee lounge, but commaradarie is excellent and by and large the people there are wonderful. It's difficult to get hired into this firm, but if you choose to go for it, I highly recommend this firm. You don't find many firms that they are so willing to help each other. I had major surgery this past year and they were there above and beyond. A+++, A&&hole quotient very low.
