Firm Culture: It's a meat grinder.
Work & Hours: The hours are long just like any big firm.
Salary & Benefits: Chadbourne was one of the first firms to freeze salaries and defer people when the downturn started. They also no-offered large group of summers and laid off tons of associates including first-years who never had a chance.
The Interview process: They put on a big show about being nice during the interview process, but don't be fooled. This is not place you want to work.
Overall Impression: This is a real crap hole. They don't care about their people at all. If you have ANY other option, go there. Avoid it at all costs.
