Cincinnati 

Firm Culture:  The feeling is more like you work in a factory. How fast you can pump out your work is the top priority. Attorneys are not treated as professionals. There are no billable hours, however your time is tracked in a "Big Brother" manner. There is no back-stabbing between associates, although managment makes you feel as if you are expendable and could get fired at any moment.
Work & Hours:  Hours are decent - you're in at 9:00 and out by 6:30 with few weekends. Work is mainly foreclosure and bankruptcy. You are given a lot of responsibility from the start, however the work is very boring and stressful.
Salary & Benefits:  Salary is generally below market, and raises are typically $5,000 per year. There are NO BONUSES. It is impossible to become an equity partner. There is only one equity partner; all other individuals known as "partners" do not have an ownership interest, and never will.
The Interview process:  Casual and friendly, although they tend to misrepresent your opportunities for advancement.
Overall Impression:  Poor work environment with low job satisfaction and no opportunity for advancement.
