Firm Culture:  Snobby..they're the big fish in a small pond...or should I say mud puddle
Work & Hours:  average hours, staff and associates over loaded
Salary & Benefits:  not competitive especially for the work load. they take adavantage of those willing to work hard and let "old school buddies" slack
The Interview process:  you have the pleasure of meeting a goofy red-faced nervous jackass in a bowtie...who you later learn is the joke of the firm
Overall Impression:  not worth your time unless your goal is to make a bunch of half-ass lawyers money they don't deserve
