Firm Culture:  Just get the money!
Work & Hours:  If you want to work in a hostile enviorment, this is for you. They do not train people for more than a week, and then you are thrown to the wolves, who do NOT want you there taking thier money.
Salary & Benefits:  Crappy, but commision is good. That is how they keep everyone fighting each other to get the money from people that really do not legally owe it. This is a collection agency, do not get it twisted. Yes, they have lawyers there, but all they do is take the paperwork to the courthouse to get the default judgements. They only really work when the consumer takes THEM to court for violation of FDPCA law.
The Interview process:  If your a guy and you say you will do anything to get money, your in. If you are a girl and are hot, your in.
Overall Impression:  This firm works mostly on litigation for credit card debt that is so old that they hope for default judgement under the radar of whomever they are getting the money from. If they are asked for discovery on the validity of the debt, they just dismiss. And when the consumer fights them in court, they just claim "bona fide error" to get away with it.
