Firm Culture: Very unsocial.
Work & Hours: Typically 9 to 5. The firm has remote access and all documents are scanned in, so you are expected to work from home as well.

It is importatnt to note that there are a large PIP and subrogation departments that you will be required to cover. The work on these do not count towards your billable hours.
Salary & Benefits: For an entry level attorney the salary is in the $55K to $62K range.
The Interview process: You are interviewed by a hiring partner first and then have a 2nd interview with the head of the department they wish to put you in.
Overall Impression: No training is provided and you will be sent into court appearances immediately without supervision. You must actively seek work otherwise you will not meet your billables.

Overall Impression: Based on hearsay from other law firms, there is a significant turnover rate with the staff, their office managers and a lot of the attorneys. This could be due to a low-paying job and poor management which promotes people to take their experience and go elsewhere. There is also a lot of talk about one partner in particular which is involved in criminal activities. They are an established insurance defense firm. It is a very prevalent field in the legal industry. They have a couple of partners who have acheieved a lot, but in comparison to the other insurance companies and national firms, they are small fish.
