St. Petersburg 

Firm Culture:  Frankly, this place is about as stiff as they come. There is very little work to do here and the partners are mostly very boring people. It's an awful culture of ties, boredom and boredom after that.
Work & Hours:  The hours are ok by themselves, but when you have little to no work, and awful compensation (starting: $45 k) GOOD LUCK!
Salary & Benefits:  Just awful. I took a pay cut to get there - big mistake.
The Interview process:  Fake - all fake. The partners pretend like you're in it for the long haul. yeah.
Overall Impression:  An awful place to work. The partners stab each other in the back and the associates. See the web site: Everyone - almost - there is new and hired within the past year for associates. Terribly high turnover due to lack of work and awful compensation. CHEAP.

St. Petersburg 

Firm Culture:  A boring place to work. The work product is ok, but the work available is very low.
Work & Hours:  You sit and do nothing all day....
Salary & Benefits:  CHEAP! They start off at $40 k + crappy health insurance.
The Interview process:  On the workers' compensation side, they are desperate. On liability, modestly desperate.
Overall Impression:  Pathetic place.
