Founded in 1930 by former United States District Court Judge Hugh M. Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP has achieved top ranking in Delaware in five practice areas, as determined by the prestigious international publisher Chambers & Partners. Seventeen attorneys were recognized as leaders in their respective practice areas and the firm ranked first in Delaware in the practices of Chancery, Corporate/M&A and Intellectual Property.
