Marc S. Shuster, an attorney with the Florida business law firm of Berger Singerman, won the South Florida Business Journalís 2006 Up and Comer Award in the legal category.

Shuster is a member of Berger Singermanís Transaction Team, and represents clients in commercial real estate projects, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and financing arrangements, and software licensing. He chairs Berger Singermanís Associate Business Development Team, a group that promotes business development efforts for and among the associates of the firm.

She is admitted to the state courts of Florida and Illinois, the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
