Prominent team led by François Bloch to enhance the Firm's corporate and TMT capabilities and its Paris presence François M. Bloch, Denis Alland, Dominique Berlin, Sophie Boucher, Marine Giovannangeli

(Paris, 2 March 2006) The international law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP announces that François Bloch has joined the Firm as a partner in its Paris office. He brings with him a team of four lawyers who will specialize in corporate and TMT matters.

François Bloch is a French qualified, corporate lawyer who specializes in cross-border M&A, privatization, joint venture and other commercial transactions. He also advises clients on technology and IP issues and on dispute resolution matters. Mr. Bloch has particular experience advising clients in the TMT sectors. In addition, he is a lecturer on new economy law at the Sorbonne Law School. Mr. Bloch joins LeBoeuf Lamb from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.

Mr. Bloch is joined at LeBoeuf Lamb by corporate/TMT lawyers, French qualified associate Marine Giovannangeli and French and Canadian qualified associate Sophie Boucher. Professor Dominique Berlin, a French qualified lawyer and specialist in EU law and Professor Denis Alland, a public international law specialist have also joined the Firm.

LeBoeuf Lamb Chairman, Steven H. Davis said, ""We are delighted that François Bloch and his team have joined our Paris office. Paris is a key office for strategic growth. The team enhances the significant hires we have already made there in 2006, and which we will continue to do in the future.""

Paris Co-managing Partner, Olivier Laude said, ""We are committed to expanding our Paris office with high quality lawyers. François and his team will help us continue to achieve this goal and provide our clients with deeper resources in corporate and TMT focused work.""

LeBoeuf Lamb has already announced a number of hires to its Paris office in 2006. In January Jean-Claude Petilon's Africa/projects team joined from Coudert Frères. Mr. Petilon joined as senior counsel and brought with him senior associates Elizabeth Terron and Liliane Doukouré.
