Overall Review:  The 9.0 rating for attractiveness is as overblown as a first grader at Neverland Ranch.

Overall Review:  BTW, I did not rate the firm poorly. Just a 7 on the attractiveness of attorneys category. I don't know enough about the firm positive or negative...other than a cursory review of the attorneys there.

The Black Book of Outsourcing survey, conducted by Brown-Wilson Group, recently ranked Hughes & Luce law firm among the nation’s top five law firms handling outsourcing transactions.

First published in 2005, The Black Book is the only annual, independent ranking of 300 outsourcing advisors and 4,500 vendors. The results and rankings are based on surveys of 20,000 outsourcing users and clients that measure 26 areas of service and satisfaction, including:

senior management direction
leadership impact on outsourcing results
business transformation practices
client relations management
indicators of C-Level officer commitment

According to a June article in the Wall Street Journal covering the survey results, "One key finding in this year’s survey is a shifting focus from cheaper and faster performance to a focus on client satisfaction, with managers of client companies favoring outsourcing suppliers that provide better and more supportive innovations, such as responding quickly to help clients manage a crisis."

"This is a tremendous honor to be recognized for outstanding client service and achievements in outsourcing transactions on behalf of our clients," said Ed Coultas, managing partner for Hughes & Luce.

Coultas continued, "For 30 years, Hughes & Luce has handled some of the largest, most complex outsourcing matters for businesses spanning nearly every industry, and we believe that the combination of our experienced professional team and our strong relationships with the industry’s most influential service partners provides our clients with a competitive advantage."
