We're most likely getting married outside, and around late morning. Even though it's a wedding...to me, a big white gown doesn't fit with the surroundings/situation.


There are another reason why I don't really want a big white gown either. I don't wear dresses very often but when I do I always buy quality. Wedding dresses seem to be too expensive for the quality they are. I would rather get a regular gown or dress for the same price as a wedding dress, because I think the quality would be better without the 200% mark-up the 'bridal' tag adds.


In fact, everyone wants to feel like a princess for that day. One of my firends suggested that buying a white dress online which will be much cheaper and with high quality. She has bought several dresses in the site. She told me that i can tailor my size and send it with order. Does anyone know how much it costs to get tailoring done not at the bridal salon? Or have any advice in purchasing overseas?


The price attracted me and i chose a wedding dress and an evening dress. The total price for the two dresses is lower than the price of a wedding dress in bridal salon.


I am planning to buy this white strapless wedding dress.




I also chose an evening dress and hope the dress will be with high quality as my friend described.

I have in my mind the type of dress shape and silhouette. I have began to search the style online and I have a magazine clipping of what im looking for too.


So do you think its still a litte early for me to organise the first dress shopping expedition? Or wait a few more months?


Also, has anyone had experiences with buying wedding dresses in dudool.com? I fell in love with one of their dresses lol. I love such style.

Grant C. Killoran has been appointed by the American Bar Association Section of Litigation to serve as the Co-Chair of its Health Law Litigation Committee. The Health Law Litigation Committee focuses on litigation impacting the health care industry, including competition, professional negligence and discipline, medical staff matters, privacy, credentialing, and managed care, as well as fraud and abuse.

Grant Killoran is a partner in Michael Best's Litigation and Health Care Practice Groups, is the immediate past Chair of its Health Care Practice Group, and is the Co-Chair of its Pro Bono Committee.

Mr. Killoran has significant and diverse trial experience in the Wisconsin State and Federal Courts and courts around the country, focusing on complex health care and business disputes. Mr. Killoran also serves as one of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s five Delegates to the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates and is the immediate past Editor of the American Bar Association's Health Law Litigation Newsletter. Mr. Killoran has been named one of Wisconsin’s “Super Lawyers” by Law & Politics Magazine and also has been named an “Outstanding Health Care Litigator” by Nightingale’s Health Care News, a national health law publication. Mr. Killoran received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

Michael Best Names José A. Olivieri as Labor and Employment Practice Group Chair

Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is pleased to announce that José A. Olivieri has been named Chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Relations Practice Group. Olivieri succeeds Jonathan O. Levine, who served as Chair for four years.

Olivieri joined Michael Best immediately out of law school and was instrumental in structuring the firm’s growing Immigration Practice Group. Olivieri also counsels management in other aspects of employment law such as matters of federal and state discrimination law; NLRB and WERC law; the Fair Labor Standards Act; employee termination and discipline; unemployment compensation; and labor contract administration. He frequently provides training to managers, supervisors and employees regarding employment law issues.

Additionally, Olivieri leads the firm’s Higher Education Special Practice Group and handles significant employment and immigration law matters for many institutions of higher education in the Midwest. Olivieri also has served as a faculty member at Marquette University Law School and is a past Chair of the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Employment and Labor Law Section.

Outside of his legal practice, Olivieri is a leader within the community and sits on several boards and committees. He is currently serving a term as Board President of the United Community Center (“UCC”) in Milwaukee. Through the UCC, Olivieri has been a key figure in the development of the Bruce Guadalupe School, a pre-kindergarten through 8th grade Charter School. Olivieri is a Board Member of the Milwaukee Art Museum and serves on the Greater Milwaukee Foundation Program Committee. He is a past member of the University Of Wisconsin Board Of Regents.

Olivieri is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of immigration law and has been selected as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer by Law & Politics. He received a J.D. from Marquette University Law School.
