Dennis DuBay, Terry Miglio, and Tom Fleury, all principals at Keller Thoma, have been selected as Michigan “Super Lawyers” in the 2007 survey conducted by publisher Law & Politics. The annual survey, which is based on attorney nominations, peer evaluation, and independent research regarding each candidate, selects only the top attorneys in each practice field. Less than 5% of all lawyers in Michigan are selected for this elite list.

Messrs. DuBay, Miglio, and Fleury all received recognition for their stellar advocacy in the employment and labor field.

Linda Foster-Wells, a principal with the firm, was recently selected as a mediator for the United States Postal Service REDRESS mediation panel. The REDRESS program, which stands for Resolve Employment Disputes Reach Equitable Solutions Swiftly, was designed to address the employment-related complaints of Postal Service employees through alternative dispute resolution, as opposed to traditional litigation. The program exclusively utilizes the "transformative" method of mediation, in which Ms. Foster-Wells has been trained and certified.
