He especially excels in helping immigrant entrepreneurs, foreign investors, and start-ups with building U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates. He also has knowledge in advising individuals with employment and family-based immigration, deportation, asylum, and other issues related to immigration.
Asaad earned his law degree, cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester.
